Summary

Under section 63 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003:

1. A person commits an offence if -

  1. he is a trespasser on any premises,
  2. he intends to commit a relevant sexual offence on the premises, and
  3. he knows that, or is reckless as to whether, he is a trespasser.

The term 'sexual offence' is widely defined in section 62 of the Act.
